Biography

Ricardo Poeira is a PhD candidate in Physics and Material Science at the University of Luxembourg. His research focuses on the synthesis and characterization of CIGSe micro solar cells for high efficiency application.

He graduated from the University of Luxembourg with a BSc and MSc in Physics in 2020. His Master thesis carried out in the group of Prof. Alex Redinger was on the growth of hybrid perovskite absorbers onto 2D materials by physical vapor deposition and their topographic and optical characterization.
