Biography
Taowen Wang is a PhD candidate at the Department of Physics and Materials Science (DPhyMS) at the University of Luxembourg working in the Laboratory for Photovoltaics (LPV) group. His work mainly concentrates on investigating selective contacts for high efficiency CuInSe2 solar cells for tandem application.
He got his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Material Science and Engineering from Sichuan University. During his master, he pursued the research topic on exploring paths to get high efficiency CdTe thin film solar cell. After graduating, he worked as a process engineer in CuInGaSe2 flexible module manufacturing industry before joining the LPV group.
